WiredGeist is a Universal AI Operating System. We connect your entire digital ecosystem—from email and cloud storage to social media and enterprise tools—allowing AI agents to perform complex work on your behalf.

1. Scope of Service: The AI Operating System

WiredGeist (operated by Hakan Tikic, Vienna, Austria) provides a centralized Operating System for Digital Employees. The platform enables the User ('Deployer') to create automated workflows that interact with external digital services, APIs, and software interfaces via OAuth 2.0 or direct API keys.

2. Universal Digital Integrations (OAuth & API)

WiredGeist acts as a technical orchestrator. By connecting third-party services (including but not limited to: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams, HubSpot, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta, and custom Webhooks), you grant WiredGeist permission to transmit and process data between these services. You acknowledge that WiredGeist has no control over the availability or terms of these third-party APIs.

3. User Responsibility for Automated Actions

You are solely responsible for all actions performed by your Digital Employees. This includes: • Communication: Emails sent via Gmail/Outlook or messages via Slack/Teams. • Content: Files uploaded to Google Drive/OneDrive or posts published to Social Media. • Data Management: Modifications to CRM or ERP records. WiredGeist functions as a 'Tool' under your command. You must ensure that your automated workflows do not violate the Terms of Service of the connected platforms (e.g., Google's 'Spam Policy', Meta's 'Platform Terms').

4. Platform-Specific Compliance

Certain integrations require specific adherence to third-party policies: • Social Media (TikTok/Meta/LinkedIn): Users must respect copyright laws, manually confirm music usage rights (where applicable), and disclose commercial intent/AI-generated content. • Email & Messaging (Google/Microsoft/Slack): Users may not use automation for unsolicited spam, harassment, or phishing. We strictly adhere to Google's 'Limited Use Policy' regarding restricted scopes. • Cloud Storage: Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to process files stored in connected cloud drives.

5. 'Bring Your Own Key' (BYOK) & AI Models

If you connect your own AI Model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) via API Keys, you are responsible for the costs incurred and compliance with those providers' Usage Policies. WiredGeist is not liable for costs generated by automated loops or high-volume processing triggered by your workflows.

6. EU AI Act & Human Oversight

As a Provider under the EU AI Act, we mandate a 'Human-in-the-loop' architecture for high-impact tasks. You agree to supervise your Digital Employees and review critical outputs (e.g., contract generation, public communications) before execution. You are the 'Deployer' responsible for transparency obligations (Art 50 AI Act).

7. Liability & Indemnification

To the extent permitted by Austrian law, WiredGeist is liable only for intent and gross negligence. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or bans imposed by third-party platforms (e.g., if your LinkedIn account is restricted due to automation limits). You agree to indemnify WiredGeist against claims arising from your use of the OS.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
